1 Month between changes - but I was on holiday!

Most people go to Ibiza for the clubbing - I went for a week of Karate - and did some filming too.
I hope you like the clip - the fourth one, out shortly, comes from Ibiza too.

On the advice of a certain well-known martial artist and author, I have added an about section giving some biographical details
I have also added a separate buy the book section
Oh, and the site now works if you use Firefox. Which helps.

The launch of the Site!
Not a lot here yet, but more soon to come. The second part of the Zero Sum Game article will be added soon, together with another two-part article that explains the principle behind the "Fighting Forms" book
In the near future, I hope to add some video footage, more articles, and comments from vistors - if I get any!
